What a century age gap looks like We sure do grow up in over 100 years

A little bit of tea time & sunshine does the body and spirit a whole lot of good. This is just 10 steps out my back door. Getting away and finding time to just breath does not have to be a big ordeal, down some trail or on some beach ~ just open your door, close@your eyes into the sun and breath in the fresh air - add in a cup of tea just to be sure you wash all that fresh air and sunshine down

I encourage you to try to embrace what is; right now, this very minute, right in front of you, rather than what was or what you though it all should be.
