Thai Red Curry *sold out* Ingredients include red curry paste, lemongrass, ginger, coconut milk, bok choy, green beans, bell peppers, and chicken. This meal includes 1L of curry and 1L of cooked rice. Serves between 2-3 people. *Note- curry is a bit on the spicy side * $30 Pineapple Fried Rice and Honey Garlic Chicken *sold out* Ingredients include pineapple, rice, egg, carrots, green onions, side of cilantro, 4 chicken breasts and honey garlic sauce. Serves between 2-4 people. $28 Meat Lasagna *sold out* Ingredients include ground beef, onions, house-made tomato sauce, onions, ricotta, cottage cheese, mozzarella, and parmigiana. Public health announcement days are never particularly fun. Small businesses have to be ready for anything. Staying closed, increased restrictions and even the possibility of opening with little notice. Sadly, it’s impossible to be ready for everything. I know small business owners have been hustling this past year to adjust, pivot and not let covid run them out of town. This has taken a toll on businesses- physically, mentally and obviously financially. ... Serves 3-4 people. $28 Available Wednesday January 6th Hash Brown Casserole Ingredients include hash browns, bacon, creamy mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, cheese and breadcrumbs.
