Ils étaient les premiers habitants de la République dominicaine, d'où est originaire le chef Alex Gomez ! Pour les Tainos, la terre, l'eau et les océans étaient précieux et la famille était très importante pour eux. Tout comme notre famille du Bistro Alegria ! Notre soleil Alegria est inspiré de d...eux symboles Taino : l'eau et le soleil. Ensemble, ils créent la VIE. En mélangeant cela avec la fusion latine, on obtient Alegria... Ce qui signifie joie/bonheur. Au centre du soleil, vous pouvez apercevoir la lettre A, d'Alegria et Alex, la spirale d'eau pour G, Gomez.
