Affiliate marketing is a process by which any person earns a commission for promoting/marketing another company's products (with permission) without holding inventory, dealing with selling, shipping or pesky customers. The affiliate simply creates promo/review content (many ways to do this) for products they enjoy or use then promotes that product and earns a piece of the profit from each sale they make. Whether they bought it or not is also irrelevant, but it helps. The r...eason companies like amazon, BestBuy, home depot, wayfair and virtually almost every company you buy goods from online allow you to promote their products is because their goal is to sell products. Each month These companies spend millions on advertising campaigns (I worked for Ad Agencies for 10+ years, I've seen the budgets). Whether they pay regular people/influencers/affiliate marketers a small piece to promote their products or a big agency...for these companies, it's the same advertising budget. However in today's social climate, PEOPLE TRUST PEOPLE, therefore the more influence and trust you can garner with your audience when promoting/marketing a product, THE LARGER YOUR COMMISSION PAYOUT will be, as more people will be purchasing through your promos over the company's. There is no limit in how much you can earn, but it does take certain skillsets to achieve this and it's not a get rich quick thing... it takes consistency and hard work, but IT IS FOREVER MONEY, noone can take it away unless the company goes bankrupt, checks will just show up whether you're creating new promo content or not.... Many people ask, how much can i earn from Affiliate Commissions per product? The Answer is ....The commission is based on the price of the products people buy based on your Influence or recommendation. For example, on April 19 i earned $72 Commission on a Single Product on a different account, a person watched my Electric Bike Review I posted in February https://youtu.be/8cgc8-lMw44 and they purchased it because of me. There is no limit on how much you can earn in affiliate marketing, The more content you post, the longer it remains online, the more traffic and awareness and it will have, the more you will make, every piece of content earns you money when you sleep, even if it's $2 a product, that's still something.

Joint investment - consider finding a partner and pool your resources.... 2. #Rental properties - Look at desirable areas near public transit, employment and education hubs, where demand for rental units is high and consistent. If you do the math correctly and you continuously have tenants paying rent, you will have the cash flow to help cover your #mortgage payments. 3. House flipping - If done correctly, this can be a solid #investment, but you may have to get your hands dirty. House flipping starts with finding properties in the province that are priced under market value. These properties may be undervalued because they need upgrades and require renovation. To flip a home, you need to see the potential of what the home could be. 4. One of the most Important segments of the market to keep an eye on right now is the condominium rental market, primarily in downtown Toronto. At the end of July there were 3 Times as many condominiums listed for lease vs for sale. The high concentration of Investor owned units means the behaviour of tenants and Investors can have spill over effects on the resale and pre-construction condo markets. The big trend we are seeing in the condo rental market is declining rents. ...Average rents in Central Toronto (the old City of Toronto) peaked at $2,721 in September 2019 and have since declined 14% to $2,343 in July,2020. What's Interesting about this trend is that it's not really driven by a decline in demand. Year to date the total number of condos leased is only down 5% compared to last year. Nearly 11,000 new condominiums were completed during the first half of 2020 many of which were purchased by investors and made their way Into the pool of condo rentals. We have also seen an Increase In listings from condominiums that were previously being rented as short term rentals on websites like Airbnb but have since been moved to the long term rental market. In the months ahead we'll be monitoring whether condo rental listings continue to outpace demand for rentals which could put further downward pressure on rents and what impact if any this might have on the resale condo market.
