Dear Friends, We are pleased to announce that after 5 years we are moving from 7730 Islington Ave on Friday August 28 2020. Our last class will be held on Thursday August 27. We will be reopening our doors on Tuesday September 8 at 11 am at our New Location inside Woodbridge Mall, 7766 Martin Grove Rd,Unit 1, Woodbridge, ON L4L 2C7 ,directly inside the main entrance. After School Program ! Dears Students and Parents, with recent announcement by the Minster of Education,Elementary schools will be reopened with enhanced health and safety protocols, province-wide. Elementary school children will attend school 5 days per week. Students will be in cohorts, which means they will be with the same group of children throughout their school day, with limited exposure to multiple teachers or a wide variety of classmates.... Dear Woodbridge/Vaughan Students and Parents, We have decided to close the Vaughan location for the remainder of the week due to the heatwave warning. Unfortunately, our air conditioner is not operating at full capacity. The temperature for the remainder of this week with humidex is in the high 30s to 40s. Today the heat was overbearing and uncomfortable for the students and parents with masks. For Safety reasons we will remain closed for the remainder of the week and reop...en on Monday when the temperature drops back to 20s. Black Belt World Vaughan Updated Schedule

Good Evening students and parents, We have all been going through such unprecedented times and we're happy to announce that we have some great news! Two of our Black Belt World locations, Downtown HQ and Vaughan, will be opening its doors on Monday June 15th! We have received official confirmation from the Ministry of Health through Taekwondo Ontario that authorizes is to reopen our doors . As part of the Ontario government's amendment to the Emergency Order May 19, 2020 in t...he link below, Taekwondo Ontario member clubs are now able to re-open provided they do NOT engage in physical contact activity (sparring) and meet all the Ontario Public Health and local municipal health requirements. https://www.ontario.ca/laws/regulation/r20223 Attached, please find Taekwondo Ontario's Stage 1 - Return to Play Training Protocol Guideline and Taekwondo Canada's Return to Train in the Dojang Guideline for your reference. These documents will also be available on the Taekwondo Ontario website at www.taekwondo-ontario.com. We are going to send out a detailed protocol and policy to active members of Black Belt World. (9 students maximum per class.) The schedule for Toronto will be same as our Online classes. We will continue to offer online classes. The schedule for Black Belt World Vaughan/Woodbridge will follow the current schedule for Woodbridge. We are very excited to see you starting on Monday.

Great news ! We have received green light from Taekwondo Ontario and the Ministry to reopen our doors . We will be reopening our locations one at a time however there will be social distancing measures in place . At this time we can only accept 9 students maximum in a class which is the maximum limit in Ontario . Announcements will be made on th first day of class .

Good Morning and Happy Easter everyone, We launched our online program two weeks ago to provide continuation of our students' taekwondo training in the comfort and safety of your home to maintain their skills without any charge. We did not imagine that the quarantine/social distancing would go as long as it has and it seems it's going to be a while before we resume to our regular schedule. We would love to provide continuous free service to our members but unfortunately we do... not have capacity to continue to provide Free services without charging any further as we have an incredible amount of expenses that we cannot continue to absorb. Effective today (Monday), Online training will be for registered active members only. We will be providing smaller classes so we can cover all the curriculums so that the students can continue to test for their belts. The following payment structures will be implemented during our online training: - Twice a week: $95/monthly - Three time a week: $120/monthly - Unlimited: $175/monthly We are giving our members the option to take advantage of this opportunity to continue training with the above structures. Please note: If you have an active membership with us, your membership will remain on hold and this is to be treated as a separate program.
