Former President of the Black Cultural Society of Nova Scotia and recipient of the WP Oliver Wall of Honour. Deepest sympathy and condolences to her family.
A trailblazer and leader. The first female ordained minister of the African United Baptist Association and first Black female ordained minister of the Convention of Atlantic Baptist Churches. Rev. Tracey Grosse was also a former board member of the Black Cultural Society/Centre, recipient of the Rev. Dr. W.P. Oliver Wall of Honour and former Moderator of the African United Baptist Association. She served the African Nova Scotian community ministering in many churches across the province, such as Tracadie Baptist, Gibson Woods United Baptist, Beechville Baptist and Cobequid Road United Baptist. The board and staff of the Black Cultural Centre for Nova Scotia offer sincere condolences to the Grosse family.
