I missed #weddingwednesday this week but how about a #flashbackfriday instead!?!?! My best friend got married almost 4 years ago and I had the privilege to do her invites for her. What made these invites fun to do is that the whole invite was put into a pocket sleeve so that everything opened up nicely! The postcard rsvp, reception and directions cards were neatly placed on top of each other in the pocket for a clean look. They were specifically designed so "the tabs" were ...only showing. There was a little sliver sticker with hearts that held the pocket sleeve closed up and then they were put into white envelopes. Invites were all printed on 100lb. paper and the sleeves were purchased from Cards & Pockets online. A little touch of bling added just that little bit of something. What a fun project this was for someone so special! Message me for info on getting invites done for your next event... whether it be for a wedding, or even just a small get together. Any event big or small is worth celebrating in my opinion! An invitation sets the tone to the event and who doesn't love getting regular snail mail in a world full of technology! See more

It's #weddingwednesday and I want to share with you an example of a full wedding package that I did last year for my mom's wedding! This included invitation, wedding info card that was sent along with the invite, favour tags and finally the thank you card. As the couple are avid moose hunters and outdoorsy, it was only fitting to have a theme for their wedding that was just that. A little bling on the cards just added that little pizzaz to make it a little glamorous at the s...ame time. And the blue... well if any of you know my mom, she's obsessed with blue! These were laser printed on simple 100lb cardstock and put into white envelopes. As envelope sizing is different in Europe then in North America, invites were custom sized for a perfect fit. Naturally, this was a super fun project as it was for someone so special and for such a special occasion!
