We never did introduce our new additions when they first arrived. We got Everest, Skye, Spot and Black Tail about 6 weeks ago as Easter Egger Pullets. They were supposed to start laying early March and true to form.... we got our first blue eggs this morning Good job ladies.

Our little cowboy (Wyatt) roped his first steer this morning. The steers have scours and he was up with the sun to help me with doctoring.

The boys are officially looking for a weekly egg buyer! Henzie, Cowgirl, Mader, and Honey Marin have been hard at work this December and are all now laying regularly. $5/dozen, wanting someone that can commit to a dozen a week. We will drop off between Quick and Smithers! Buyer Found!

Welcome to the farm boys! On to new adventures

The girls have started laying again! That tiny egg front left is Honey Marin’s first egg. for 3 eggs a day now. The boys may be looking for a Weekly egg customer soon.

Just a picture of pretty Honey Marin our purebred Standard Cochin hen, the youngest of our flock. She should start laying in the next couple of months.
