Today's assorted sushi contains two of each of the following rolls: poached shrimp with bok choy, mango, and wasabi mayo; seared ahi tuna with avocado and wasabi mayo; seared tuktu with house kimchi and wasabi mayo; and California rolls, made of crab meat, avocado, cucumber, and wasabi mayo. Today's vegetarian sushi contains four of each of the following rolls: cucumber, carrot, avocado, lettuce, and wasabi mayo; and carrot, pickled eggplant, ginger tofu, lettuce, and wasabi mayo.
