What a year it's been so far... So many of our members and trainers have still stuck to their goals and resolutions for 2020, and we are SO proud to see that! Heading into 2021, what sort of goals are you setting up for yourself? Big goals are great, but don't forget the small stuff like getting high quality water and just simply moving your body every day!

All habits can be broken down into three basic components: The trigger, the action, and the reward. Positive habits such as exercise, meditation, focused work, and healthy eating don’t have immediately obvious rewards. Which is a reason that it can be hard to stick to a new healthy habit right off the bat. It's important to remember that extended practice, exercise, meditation, and focused work will all become activities that naturally stimulate your brain in positive ways and reward you for taking action. Set a realistic goal this month and stick to it. Maybe it's Sober October or Caffeine-free fall. Whatever it is, making it a daily habit will be the key to success here!
