That's a wrap! Phase 01 of the 2020 #BMTeamTour has come to an end. Over the past couple of weeks, we've used our tradition of exercising a #personal approach to staffing by sharing direct information about our Full Time, Seasonal Employment Opportunities with potential, new Members of the #BMTeam, including (but not limited to) postsecondary students of #Culinary, #Hospitality, similar and other programs, as well as the general public (and with a majority of focus on Leader...ship, Senior, and Intermediate vacancies). Our final, scheduled visit has been cancelled (in light of the #COVID19 Pandemic/Outbreak). #BMTesting Season 01, Chapter 02 (Volume 01): Homemade, Mild Red Pepper [Vegan] Sauce can be used to cover a number of dishes (such as Fried Tofu), and as a substitute for other sauces/dressings, mixed with various pastas (like Spaghetti and Macaroni). At the #BMHomeAndTestKitchen, we had it over Roasted Spinach Ravioli, complimented by Cilantro and a bit of shredded Cheddar Cheese, giving us what we would describe as the main course of a scrumptious, LactoOvo+/Vegetarian... Dinner.
