Taking this lockdown/quarantine as an opportunity to examine lots of the little things that go into running our home. Some things that seem small but upon closer examination can make a big difference. For example, today we made the switch the reusable batteries for all our skiergs and rowers. We were using 12-16/month. Tally that up over 7 plus years and that's over 1,000 batteries. Not anymore. With 24 rechargeable batteries that are good for 1,000 charges each we should be ...able to save over 10,000 batteries. Stay tuned and checkout our stories in the upcoming days for workouts you can do at home with the little workout packages we are putting together for you. We'll be doing them live and posting the series as well after. There will be mini bands, super bands, and gliders. Follow along or sweat it out on your own schedule. We are even doing drop offs on Wednesday or Thursday for the supplies for those of you who don't feel like leaving home. Just send us a DM with your address .
