Happy Vegan Thanksgiving. James and I wanted to wish everyone a beautiful and happy thanksgiving. We had holiday bowls filled with a delicious selection of tasty goodness. Eat plants and feel good.

Well you know....I was NOT expecting The Howard Stern Show to pick up our story. But the fact that he gave us an entire 5 minute segment on today's Stern show a...bsolutely blows my mind. When the king of all media is on your side, you know what you're doing is right. My mind is absolutely blown right now! give this a listen!!! I’m blown away. Howard Stern talked about #MeatTheVictimsCanada and #PigTrial3! He discussed how the pigs inside Excelsior Hog Farm (and all farms) are confined & tortured, and how unjustifiable it is to eat their rotting bodies. Amy Soranno Geoff Regier Roy Sasano and I are facing a combined 21 charges after exposing criminal animal cruelty at this pig farm - including workers repeatedly kicking pigs, electric prodding the faces of pigs, tail-docking & castrating piglets without pain relief, and more. Yet, Excelsior is still regarded by the industry as one of the best farms in Canada, proving that animal agriculture is inherently violent and can abuse animals with impunity. Despite several documented instances of horrific legal & illegal animal abuse, the BC SPCA (BCSPCA) has still not recommended charges against Excelsior. The system in place to protect animals is failing them in the worst possible way. The few laws in place that could, in theory, protect these animals, are not enforced. We will ensure this court case is impactful for the animals; further exposing the rampant legal & illegal animal abuse in the industry, showcasing the lack of transparency & accountability, and how the system in place to protect animals is failing them in every way.
