Blacksmith Triathlon

Great news!! The 2019 Blacksmith Triathlon training season kicks off this Thursday evening at Bramalea Secondary School (510 Balmoral Drive) from 6pm to 9pm. The first workout will be a bike-run brick, so please bring your bike, wind trainer, bike shoes, and running shoes. Be sure you don’t forget your water bottleyou’re going to need it! We will be working on running track speed, transition and bike handling skills. ... OTHER IMPORTANT STUFF -Locations will be in different areas of Brampton and Caledon, with one evening at Kelso Park. -Triathlon Ontario membership is required after the first week. -There will be a Blacksmith Triathlon discount for anyone who will be training this season. -The cost for each workout session is $15 dollars.
