Sunday morning jojutsu class with our friends from Windsor Shotokan Karate Dojo. Great fun!
Fun kids class on Wednesday, followed by a little bunkai before weapons class. A nice treat. Weapons class was all about the Jo - short staff.

Now offering: Fridays at Noon - Tai Chi 12pm to 1 pm - Tai Chi classes for seniors. Tai chi is a slow motion, low-impact exercise that promotes physical and mental health and relaxation. It is practiced as an effective exercise for health and well being through a series of flowing, graceful, gentle postures and movements. Feeling gratitude. Thank you to Canadian Shiai Karate Association for the invite to last weekends tournament. The children from our dojo had a great time, they all participated in kumite and kata. They made new friends, experienced professional adjudicators and look forward to more good experiences in karate-do.
