I learned a thing today. (Thanks Lynn) Did you know that most lash serums contain prostaglandins? What is a prostaglandin you say? They are a hormone that changes the growth of your hair so that it stays in the Anagen growing phase longer which results in thicker, darker, longer hair. (They found this by accident with Glaucoma eye drops) But it comes with side effects. Including increased pigment around the eyes, increased blood flow (more visible veins) and the reduction of... fatty tissue around the eyes (resulting in a sunken look). It can also change your eye colour!!! I immediately panicked and started researching prostaglandins because I have never heard of any of these things in all of my training. I am so happy to report the reason I was unfamiliar is because Eyenvy does not contain any prostaglandins. PHEW!
