Just thought I'd check in and say 'Hi'! I've been looking at dozens of online catalogues hoping to find exciting new treasures for the store, and my head is spinning! Time to take Olive for a walk. It's a nice sunny day....enjoy!

Just letting you know I'm enjoying my time off!

Even though the store is temporarily closed, I'll be checking phone messages, emails and my Facebook page. Contact is possible! I'll also stop in at the store to do some bookwork and tackle the stockroom....both scary undertakings! Hope to be back to 'the way it should be' soon!

I'm embracing the 'Lockdown' and will be spending more time at home, relaxing! What a gift! Don, my husband, will be happy to have me home and Miss. Olive, our dog, will be thrilled with the extra long walks in the woods. Please keep following my Facebook Page for updates and, undoubtably, more photos.

I needed a bit of stress relief so I took the day off and headed down to Lake Ontario (Burlington). This spectacular sunrise did the trick!!! Feeling much better!

I have to say it again.....this has been the most incredible autumn!!! Get out there and enjoy it! Now, I'm heading to the store to price more Christmas.

Thanks Grant....you did a fantastic job patching and painting the front of the store and repairing my sign!!! Now if I only knew when I was going to reopen. It's finally cool enough that I'm able to fling open the doors, dust and start reorganizing the store! I love this weather!!! (Friday and Saturday 'curbside pick-up' is working well so I will continue with that for now. Hopefully I'll be open for 'regular business' soon....I miss our friendly visits and laughs!)
