Joan: 1oz Gin... 2oz Soursop juice 1/2 Lemon 1/2 Lime 1 Egg Golden berry - Shake eggs white for 30 seconds. - Add gin, soursop, juice from 1/2 a lemon, lime and ice. - Shake for 60 seconds. - Strain into coupe glass and garnish with golden berry. Alice: 1oz tequila ... 1.5oz raspberry thyme simple syrup 1/2 grapefruit 1/2 lemon Soda Thyme - Shake tequila, grapefruit and lemon juices, simple syrup and ice. - Pour into glass, top with soda and garnish with thyme. Simple syrup* - 1 pint raspberries - 3 sprig thyme - 1 cube sugar - 1 cup water *combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Warm just until a boil. Smash raspberries, cool and strain.
