This year for Thanksgiving, we decided to give a little back to our community. So we roasted a turkey with all the fixings and delivered it to a deserving family here in town. We have so much to be thankful for and we are fortunate to be able to do some good here for the community of Canmore who has shown us overwhelming support during these trying times! It’s not pale ale or Kolsch at this hour. Not Porter, not bitter, not stout or a sour. It’s not even IPA (ALMOST better than sex). Ingredients that make a great beer are complex. The hops and the malt both fill it with flavour. The yeast and the water create tastes that I savour. But there is one ingredient more important than all, Available winter, spring, summer and fall.
