F A C E T A T S Good news for permanent makeup artists: Face tattoos are in Good news for you: You don’t have to look like Posty to join the trend... Something I didn’t know before I started Micropigmentation is that it is a completely different technique to Microblading. Although they both serve their purpose, I’m so glad I stumbled into Micropigmentation and here’s why: With Micropigmentation, pigment is implanted into the skin using a machine. This allows for an easier healing process and is much more forgiving on your skin. Most of us already have a tattoo (or 10 ) so we are familiar with the process. My clients are numb for about 80% of the process. They have told me that in the first few minutes of their service, even without the numbing cream it is a very tolerable feeling. It didn’t bother them at all. Once your brows heals completely, about 8-12 weeks from your first service, we go in one more time for a touch-up at no extra charge to you just to make sure everything is perfect and you are 100% happy with your results. W E T C O A S T Did you know that one of the (many) benefits on living on this beautiful rainforest of an island is that most of us have the luxury to dry heal from our micropigmentation? We do provide each one of our clients with a brow balm in our aftercare kit but it’s not always necessary. The humidity in the air where we live allows us the luxury of leaving our brows alone and letting them heal all on their own. The brow balm is still great to keep on hand in case yo...u’re feeling a little too dry so you will always be provided with one just in case! Could it get any easier?
