We've been a little bit quiet over the past 6 months. As COVID took the world by storm and it felt like we were all holding our breath to see how it played out our posts slowed down too. That doesn't mean that we weren't out there noticing all the different ways that our community managed to stay positively engaged though! As creative alternatives to holidays and life events keep emerging we marvel at the resiliency of this town and its ability to come together even when we n...eed to stay apart. One thing we have heard (and have been saying) time and time again is "Thankfully this is where we live" - can you imagine being in a high-rise or in a densely populated city at a time like this? We are forever thankful and grateful that nature's playground is our backyard and that our trails, lakes and wide open spaces are just a few minutes away where we can stretch our legs and forget our stresses for a little while. We made this video last fall anticipating a spring release - the pandemic changed our intent for the video but the message remains the same - if we have to stay home, at least home is here! A piece of Dryden was re-opening and when we were approached to help with the launch it was a no-brainer. We loved going to the Sunset Drive-in Theatre growing up and look forward to see it grow and be around our kids to enjoy. The Sunset Drive-in theatre has a neat back story and big plans for the future check out the video to see it all!

Sarah and Phil's wedding was timed to happen as the sun was setting and it was just....perfect. The fall sunset was just falling behind the hills at their cute little farm in oxdrift which allowed for some STUNNING shots of Sarah and Phil walking through their field with the sun setting behind them. After a beautiful ceremony some fog just happened to roll in just across the road and there was just enough colour to capture a couple more amazing shots. And then just when we th...ought we were done they broke out the sparklers, which was another first for us. Sarah and Phils wedding was supposed to be a quick in and out shoot but they did such an amazing job decorating and were such a delight to be around that we just couldn't stop!
