As a nutritionist, Michelle @plentyfullme knows just how important a nutrient-packed breakfast is! Try her recipe for Overnight Green & Tropical Chia Parfait and start your day in the most beautiful way! Chia Pudding 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup nut milk... 1 tsp vanilla Layer 1 Yogurt of choice Layer 2 Chia pudding Layer 3 2 pucks of @blenderbites Tropical Greens with chia seeds Layer 4 2-3 tbsp berry coulis mixed with yogurt Sliced strawberries for garnish Start by making your chia pudding. In a medium bowl, mix together your chia seeds, nut milk, and vanilla. Give it a good whisk with a fork, and place it in the fridge to firm up for 2 hours-overnight. I like to take it out after 10 minutes, to give it another whisk so it doesn't get clumpy. Mash 2 pucks of @blenderbites Tropical Greens with a fork. Once mashed, add some chia seeds and mix. To assemble your parfait, layer yogurt on the bottom, followed by a dollop of chia pudding, @blenderbites Tropical Green smoothie with chia seeds, and finally, top with your berry coulis mixed with yogurt. ENJOY!
