Things are feeling particularly heavy today. Thinking about babies going off to school, babies and children being ripped from their parents to go to school and not coming home or how previous generations and religion and our Country thought these things were OK. I just wanted to open up a post for your emotions today and to honour that this is difficult especially for indigenous people and empathic people. My heart hurts and my brain cannot understand. I do turn to education and being an ally. Listening to the stories of our indigenous friends and neighbours, I honour their stories and feel great pain. We need to remember all these babies and survivors and do all that we can for Truth and Reconciliation. Healing energy sent to all today.

We talk about this so much in my sessions. However, in addition to losing someone by death, we also have to grieve all of this when we lose a friendship, a partnership or any loss. Here for You.
