To all of our valued guests We here at Blend are super excited to be getting back to work and seeing all of your beautiful faces We are so grateful for all the love and support you've always shown us but especially over these last few months! If you haven't already you will be hearing from your stylist shortly in regards to booking your next appointment. ... Here is a list of new guidelines and protocol we will be implementing once we open. We will be working by appointment only. Walkins will not be accepted at this time. Clients with appointments previously cancelled due to the closure of non essential business will be prioritized on our call lists. If you are feeling sick, experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 have recently come in contact with anyone showing symptoms, or tested positive for COVID-19 or have recently travelled kindly reschedule your appointment. We ask that you show up to your appointment by yourself. Family, friends or children will not be permitted to accompany you to your appointment. When you arrive you can contact your stylist/aesthetician by phone to check in. You will be called in when we are ready to begin your appointment. Clients and staff will be asked to wear masks at all times. Please bring a mask with you if possible. We will have disposable masks available for a small fee if you forget. Please wash or sanitize hands upon entry to the salon. Our waiting area will be closed and we will not be able to provide magazines for clients to read during their appointments. We will be temporarily suspending beverage service. (Water will be provided in emergency). We also ask that you do not bring in outside food or drinks. Our bathroom will be limited to emergency use only. Due to social distancing guidelines we will no longer be able to see the volume of clients we have in the past. Due to the increase in our disinfection/sanitization process we will also need to take extra time in between each client. This will make scheduling appointments slightly more tricky. Due to this please respect the time of your stylist/aesthetician and the other clients by showing up on time. Also with the decrease in volume we can take in and the increase in our cost of doing business there may be a slight increase to the cost of some services. Your safety has always been and remains one of our top priorities. Although we have always strived to provide a clean and sanitary space for our clients we will be increasing our cleaning and disinfecting process once we reopen. We are staying up to date with guidelines set by our industry and the Waterloo Health Unit. We will continue to update you with any new information as we receive it. Can't wait to see everybody!

Just a quick note to any clients who have requested to be on a waitlist but haven't heard from their stylist yet. We are still working our way through those lists. We have been working hard to try and contact everyone as quickly as possible. That being said our waitlists are quite long and it is taking awhile. Anyone who hasn't been called yet should expect to by contacted by the end of the weekend! Thank you for your patience!

We are all sending positive vibes her way for a speedy recovery. Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19 we are asking that any clients who are showing symptoms, have come in contact with anyone who has tested positive or who have recently travelled to please reschedule their appointment. We are taking extra precautions around the salon to help protect the health and safety of all staff and clientele. Chairs, stations, sinks, door knobs, pos machine etc are being disinfected and wiped down on a regular basis and in between each client. As always our tools are being properly sanitized and disinfected. We are doing all we can to stay open during this time and help limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
