Ephesians chpt. 6 vs 2 & 3 speaks about honouring your Father and Mother. You can not claim to Honour God who is our heavenly Father when you do not have regards for your earthly one. Do not be deceived by the world that, if your parents offend you they do not deserve your respect. That is were forgiveness comes to play. Honouring your parents is a commandment that if God knew you can not do it, he would not have said so. So my dear, if you love God then keep his commandment. Peace.

Knowing the perfect will of God for your life is the beginning of a good journey you can will definitely have a good end if you stick to his plan by following all of his instruction.
