So the past weekend our Blinco's was used as a setting for a short film. Big cameras, lights, huge lenses, actors and really just a very cool group of people who love what they do. Thank you for letting us be a part of something so awesome!

Jam is actually one of the best pairings for a crepe. This one in particular is made with sour cherry preserve that comes from Rootham's Gourmet Jams (Guelph, Ontario)

Dear sexy people! This weekend we have a filming crew shooting an awesome movie at Blinco's that will go to Cannes! This means we will open slightly later than usual. It also means that Roman the crepe boss might win a trophy for best supporting actor! (Just kidding) Please note the hours of operation: Saturday, Jan.16 : 11am - 10pm Sunday, Jan. 17: 11am - 8pm

For those who like it on the lighter side - Home-made caramelized apples and cinnamon - filled crepe with #Ghirardelli caramel sauce, cinnamon sugar dusting with a shot of whipped cream. Yum
