BOTTLE RELEASE This collaboration with our friends from Brasserie Dieu du Ciel is a turbid mashed lager, fermented in Spanish red wine barrels then conditioned with Brettanomyces for 8 months. This process results in floral, honey character, with over ripe fruit and light Brettanomyces notes. It picks up subtle wine fruitiness and tannin from the barrels and finishes with a delicate tart acidity. We’re pre-releasing the bottles in next weekend’s Biera Box, available for Nov...ember 20 and 21 delivery! Pair the beer with cheeses, sourdough focaccia, house-made condiments, and more! Back in March of 2019, our friends at Brasserie Dieu du Ciel paid us a visit. We made a turbid mashed lager together, and left it to ferment in Spanish red wine barrels then condition with Brettanomyces for 8 months.
