Due to COVID-19 the gym will be closed to the public for the next 2 weeks. Members who have a fob will continue to have access at their own risk. Staff will be there to clean daily but will not be allowing drop ins at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience but we are hoping if everyone follows proper protocols this pandemic will end as quickly as it began. Stay healthy.

Hello everyone We have had to replace our cardlock system. Please go to the gym 4-7pm tonight (Friday) or next week during regular hours so our awesome staff can get you a new card assigned

Unfortunately, the glass shower door has been broken and glass was left everywhere! I hope everyone is okay. The shower is unusable until we can get it replaced. Please do not use it without a door, that would leave a terrible mess.

The gym will not be staffed Thursday May 18 to Tuesday May 23. Scheduled classes will run as normal! Enjoy your long weekend!!

Bliss Gym & Fitness Centre is looking for a reliable, responsible person to work part time. 3:30pm - 7pm two days a week and flexible enough to trade or cover shifts with our current part time employee. It requires copious amounts of cleaning, dealing with members and registering new ones, computer use, re-stacking weights, and must be very self motivated and able to work without direct supervision.
