As promised, here is your update on how we will be proceeding to reopen. Please read everything through! Our official reopening date will be TUESDAY JUNE 16TH! We will start calling and texting clients this week in order of when their appointments were cancelled (starting in March) to rebook. For the time being, we are not accepting new clients or online booking as we catch up with our over 200 appointments that need to be rescheduled. ... All clients are required to supply their own facial covering; there is simply too many of you for us to provide one to everyone. We will also be wearing our own PPE for your appointments. Services are currently limited for the time being. Prohibited services include: facials, all facial waxing (including brows), makeup application, massage. We will be booking one client each at a time and clients will be asked to come alone to their appointments. We will be booking some additional time between appointments to disinfect all surfaces. Due to this precaution, we will not be able to accommodate as many appointments per day as usual. If you didn’t have an appointment that was cancelled in the past few months but would like to book one, send us a message (or text) with what you’d like to book, days/times that you are available and we’ll get you on our waitlist and contact you when we’ve gotten through all the cancellations! Hi everyone! As we know many of you have seen, Doug Ford has allowed personal services (with restrictions) to reopen as soon as Friday. We are looking into what precautions will be necessary and if we are able to follow all guidelines while providing services and will update you as such. Keep in mind that rebooking will occur in order of how appointments were cancelled starting back in mid-March. Please be patient with us! You will be updated as soon as possible.

As we're sure many of you have seen, Ontario's State of Emergency has been extended. Since we are very much considered luxury service and cannot physically distance from all of you while operating, our closure is extended once again to June 2nd. As always, we'll keep you all updated as more information becomes available! xo
