It is with a conflicted heart, we have to announce that the spa will not be reopening after Christmas following the official announcement released today by our government. As a non essential service, we will be fully closed for the duration of the provincial lockdown. This is a sad and unfortunate turn of events especially as a small business however we do fully understand our responsibility in doing all we can to flatten the curve. Please note that all appointments made in... advance for after December 23rd into January are officially cancelled until further notice. We will reschedule once we have more information on the status of reopening. We unfortunately have no more availability before then either as we are fully booked up until our last day. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please know that we will keep you posted as we learn more information regarding when we can reopen. As always, thank you for your patience, understanding and loyalty.

We are so happy to be up and running again! We’ve missed all our wonderful clients and thank you so much for your patience during this craziness. We want to take this time to reassure all our existing clients and new ones (welcome) that your safety and well-being is our number one priority. As always, strict cleaning and sanitization will continue to be enforced here at the spa. In addition to such, we’ve added a few measures we’d like each client to abide by to ensure eve...ryone stays healthy and yet still receives their quality services here at the spa. Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. Please do not arrive early or late. Each appointment time has been carefully scheduled to ensure thorough and meticulous cleaning can be done prior and after each client. Please have your mask on prior to knocking and arriving for your appointment Hand sanitizer will be available when you arrive and we ask you please utilize it Please do not bring any food or drinks into the spa with you for your appointment As much as we love friends and family, please come to your appointment alone Please only arrive for your appointment if you are healthy and exhibiting no symptoms of illness/feeling under the weather. This also includes members of your household. If you fall ill, we will reschedule your appointment. Please be honest in this and contact us prior to your appointment If you have any symptoms relating to Covid 19 or a member of your household does or you’ve come into contact with the virus, please let us know and we will reschedule after a 14 day isolation period, once symptoms have gone or you’ve been cleared by a health professional. Additionally if you’ve had an appointment within the spa and find out you have been in contact with the virus, please let us know. Please note that upon arriving for your appointment, we will ask for a phone number that is best to contact you at. This is simply a precautionary measure if contact tracing was ever required Thank you so much to everyone for your understanding as we continue to navigate this unprecedented time.
