COVID-19 has changed the way we do business. From now on, unless weve already spoken about an in person meeting, we will be conducting business via Zoom. In addition, we are offering a $35.00 DISCOUNT to those out of work because of the virus. That means we are foregoing charging our regular rate of $75.00/personal return and we will only be charging you $40.00/personal return. The NEW process for getting your taxes done will look like this: ... Step 1 - Call or text 780-224-7116, email [email protected], or Facebook message to set up a time Step 2 - Email your T4s and other statements prior to your appointment Step 3 - Download Zoom and make sure it works Step 4 - Attend your appointment via Zoom by opening up the app and typing in the Zoom meeting room that is emailed to you Step 5 - When we are done our appointment and your tax return is ready, you will get emailed a T183 form to sign. Step 6 - Print, then sign and either scan back or take a CLEAR photo with your phone and email the signed form back Step 7 - You will get an invoice emailed at the same time as the T183 form. Once the payment is made via credit card or etransfer, we will file your taxes electronically and email you your full .pdf copy

Finally some relief. Taxes arent due till June 1. However, we recommend getting them done as soon as possible, especially if you know you have money coming back to you. Our clients whose returns we did at the end of February have received their tax return money back already and say that its been helpful in getting through this tough time. Just made a really excellent connection with a CPA here in St.Albert who will provide corporate tax filing, audits, etc. to my clients. Super excited at the business relationships being cultivated.
