I call my power back to me. As we continue to transmute all of earths darkness/shadows into light. We need to continue to hold space for ourselves. Moments of solitude, silence and to just simply breathe. The projections and fears all around us can make us get caught up in someone else’s reality, but it’s not ours and it’s not meant to be. ... In those moments I encourage you to release any belief systems that are not for your highest purpose. All energies or beliefs that you took on from others and step back into your truth and your power. It is essential after a conversation, reading a post, connecting to anything that is outside of yourself to tune back inward and release the heavy energies that are not yours. it’s all about remember who you really are, your purpose and the energies that you hold. Have you allowed yourself to see how far you have grown in this life? Sometimes this human experience can get us lost in focusing on all the things we haven’t learned yet, the traumas we haven’t healed yet, the relationships we haven’t forgiven yet, or the person we haven’t become yet these can be very heavy energies to take on. It can become a spiral of criticizing ourselves for all the things we haven’t accomplished yet. Ego and these floating thoughts can hurt, and m...anifest feelings of being unworthy, comparing ourselves to others, and not being good enough. Our past can be a perfect representation of growth, and transformation. Sometimes we need to reflect and gain awareness of this to help us know we are doing amazing, and we are on the ‘right’ track. Here are 3 tips I do when I need to get grounded in remembering how far I have grown in this life. Helping me remember I am exactly where I need to be, growing into the person I am exactly meant to be. First, sit down and breathe Connect with your soul, ego is allowed to step outside the room. - Reflect back on old posts or journal entries Transformation can come slowly, we can get caught up in life we might not allow ourselves to have awareness of it, but growth is always happening. Reflect. - Ask a loved one or friend These close connections we are gifted are here for us, and they usually have a clearer view of how much we’ve grown than we have ourselves. Ask. - Celebrate the little things. We are always moving It doesn’t matter if you are moving fast or slow, only that you keep moving! A great way to ensure that you continue to do that is to embrace each step along the way. Celebrate you! Everything happens in divine timing. All healing, learning and growing happens in Divine Time.
