Valentine’s Day is coming in fast and furious! This year unfortunately, we will not be able to host your evening at the restaurant, but this way you can bring the blackbird experience home to enjoy with your other half Running on Sunday the 14th of February, by pre-order only!! Dinner for 2, including appetizer of your choice, 2 entree choices, and 2 beautiful individual chocolate and strawberry cakes made by Julie’s Village Treats here in Burnstown ... Orders will be taken over the phone at 613 432 3599 during our business hours! Wednesday-Saturday 12-8! The cutoff for ordering will be Thursday the 11th, but of course the sooner the better Time slots will be every half hour and very limited to allow one chef to prepare and wrap up your meals! PLEASE SHARE EXCITING NEWS! We will be reopening for indoor seating As we move into phase 3, we will be open for indoor seating for lunch and for dinner!! ... We are going to try something a little different. As for our lunch hours, we will be open as regular. Wednesday- Saturday 11:30-4 and Sundays 11:30-7! Reservations only at 11:30 and 12, after that it will be a first come first serve basis! As for dinner, we are going to do something different. We recognize that some people arent ready to venture out yet, or want to grab something to enjoy at the cottage or at home! We will be keeping the take out going two nights a week, and have seat in dinners two nights a week to try and accommodate all needs We are doing a week 1 and a week 2 plan. On week 1, we will be doing sit in dinners Thursday night and Saturday night 5-9. Reservations highly recommended, but not necessary! Takeout menu only Wednesday and Friday 4-7. No indoor seating on these nights Week 2 will be Wednesday and Friday sit in dinner from 5-9. Thursday and Saturday, take out only from 4-7. No indoor seating after 4pm! We are testing this out to see it this will work, and to suit our costumers needs!! We will change our approach if this isnt working out! That being said, Im sure we all know the safety precautions, but just to by sure, masks have to warn when entering the premises, getting up to use the restroom, or moving around for any other reason. It can be removed when sitting at your table! We ask everyone to respect this for your own safety as well as our staff! Please dont hesitate to call about any questions or concerns!! We will do the best we can to accommodate everyones needs and respect all health boundaries inside and outside the restaurant! We hope to see lots of new and returning costumers in the future!
