It is sad and hurtful to hear that a few former employees have decided to bring their termination to the public in an attempt to hurt our business and the remaining 35 employees who work here. While we wont get in to specifics due to confidentiality as an employer, we find it important to note these accusations are false. We have found it irresponsible of the news to even give this attention as we have been working with the labour board during the entire process to keep the... terms of their dismissible confidential and to provide these employees what they are entitled to. We have followed the terms set forth by the labour board. These are difficult times for many businesses and we have had to make difficult decisions.
