CAPTAIN HOWDY 2021 - Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout w/ Coconut & Hazelnut 11% ABV $19 500ml Someone call a priest. This year’s rendition was aged in a selection of Buffalo Trace and George Dickel Bourbon barrels. Aromas of coconut and hazelnut are followed by smooth bourbon heat on the palate that’s balanced with a big chewy stout base. Layers of chocolate fudge ...and vanilla are rounded out with a touch of sweetness. #JoinTheFamily

The body is soft with a bready malt back bone. Amarillo and Centennial were used in the dry hop providing citrus aromatics. DROPPED// Today's third release is in the shop & online NOW! #FeedYourGods - Banana, Coconut, Vanilla $7.50 500 ml A new look in the #FeedYourGods lineup. We brewed a soft and pillowy ale with a touch of lactose and conditioned it on banana, coconut and vanilla. Let’s just say it’s deep and delicious.... #JoinTheFamily

BOOM// Hitting the shop & online at NOON today! P.S. In addition to our @trailwaybrewing collab that hit the shop this morning, #DamienThorne is our second of three releases today! Stay tuned for another live drop this evening! #DamienThorne $11 473 ml We’ve made some changes to amp up this decadent stout. We’ve brewed at a higher gravity for a fuller mouth feel and bumped the ABV to an Ontario 11.9%. We used bourbon barrel aged coffee from @goodmorrowcoffee, dark maple syrup and a touch of hazelnut to round out the edges and compliment the roast profile. #JoinTheFamily
