Makes sense. Right?
Lot of people wake up every morning hating themselves and wondering why are they still alive, then get consumed by dreadful thoughts and end up crying for no reason. How can one word anxiety describe the feeling of nervousness, jitteryness, dreadful, worried, apprehensive, concerned, restless etc? In my experience of working with people experiencing mental health challenges, there are no words for describing the most disturbing elements of mental illness.... How can a person describe their limitless experiences with very limited words? If you are experiencing anxiety, depression or other mental health issues, please seek help. It can be a liberating and life changing experience. Life should be a happy experience and not as painful as many people experience.

If you know someone who deals with Depression and you dont...please know that depression isnt something that they make up. They cant control it. Depression is a deep dark cave with many crevices to get stuck in. Depression isnt always sadness. It can also be emptiness, anger, tiredness, or lonliness. Depression is real. Healing takes time and asking for help is a courageous step. It sucks opening up about depression because most people genuinely dont know what to do, sa...y or they just dont care. Sometimes a cry for help isnt so visible or audible. Make sure you check on them. A simple "I love you", "how are you" or even "hey" can make a big difference. One of the best way to help them is to encourage them to seek professional help.
Many people start their day with a fresh cup of depression and anxiety. Having anxiety is a painful but silent experience. Anxiety makes no sense and you sit there alone and suffer for an unknown reason. Remember: Anxiety is not nervousness, attention seeking, trendy or fun; it is painful, misunderstood, a disorder and treatable. If you find yourself struggling today with stress or anxiety, know you are not alone. The best thing you can do is open up and share or seek professional help.
