It is not often that I see an app that is worthwhile thinking about for your kids because there are so many and so many are games with nothing really productive. I came across this in a FB story. I have grown kids who now have their own kids and I know the stresses of being a parent. This app is brilliant for teaching kids about a work ethic, reducing stress on the family and making the teaching process fun. Check it out

Home Ownership-Mortgages and You Housing is one of the main topics of this election. As a mortgage professional for over 30 years, I ha...ve never witnessed the problems now facing first-time buyers due to government intervention, regulations and the increase in the price of homes. Our industry has been lobbying the government for change for the past two years, but to no avail. Their changes have served to disadvantage home buyers and have not resulted in prices going down. In addition, existing homeowners with a proven payment background have seen their requests for financing dealt with under the same "Stress Test" guidelines, thereby prejudicing existing homeowners. If you are a homeowner or a prospective home buyer, you may be interested in the efforts of our national association on your behalf and the government platforms of various parties that outline their positions on this important issue in the upcoming election.
