Recently read this article in the recent ahaparenting newsletter, and thought it’s a good reminder, especially with everything being different this year. Remember, it’s not about it being perfect, it’s about joy, whatever that looks like. I forgot to move our elf that last two nights, did the kids notice? Nope! In fact, what's the most essential skill for parents, at the holidays and every day? Manage yourself so you can stay calm and loving with your child.
