Thanks go out to Ken Stockstill who mana...ges the garden worked by volunteers at the Upper Oakville Shopping Centre. Harvests are made available at Kerr Street Mission where HSH clients and others from the community can share in the bounty. HSH staff were out helping prepare the beds for next year's planting season. See more

Our amazing volunteers harvested more than 375Kg of potatoes, 11 cabbage, 4 boxes of romaine, garlic, zucchini, green onions, green beans, wax beans and rhubarb

Do you like to dig in? Home Suite Hope’s Community Garden at the Upper Oakville Shopping Centre is open. It’s not quite business as usual for volunteers ...only a handful can work at a time but the garden is more important than ever. Due to COVID-19, the fresh produce will be welcome by families at HSH and Kerr Street Mission. Volunteers are welcome as many of our corporate volunteers have been on holed because of the pandemic.
