This week is back to the usual schedule! After a nice break we’re getting excited to get back to baking again and also to see you all at markets/pop-ups! We’re enjoying lots of holiday treats over the break and a chance to unwind after a busy few months! We’re also getting excited to get rolling again (croissant-related puns are our specialty) and we’ll see you all on the 7th (farm pickup 4-8 PM), 8th (100 Mile 11-2), or 9th (Purity Feed in Kamloops 10-2) of January!

We have a lot of updates for you this week! 1. It’s not too late to sign up for the Croissants class this weekend! And Macarons next weekend! 2. Our December-January class schedule is almost confirmed so watch this space for an announcement for signing up for those. They make awesome Christmas gifts too!... 3. FARM PICKUP DAYS are now officially a part of our weekly schedule! Come on by the farm Thursday’s between 4pm and 8pm to pick up freshly baked bread! 4. Regular appearances at 100 Mile at Jackson's Social Club & Brewhouse friday 11:30-3:00, and the Kamloops Regional Farmers' Market on Saturday at Purity Farm, Garden and Pet! 5. Everyone’s favourite callebaut chocolate chunk cookies are making an appearance at the Kamloops Regional Farmers' Market today! Along with rye shortbread, Christmas cake, pumpkin spice cake, croissants (plain, chocolate, cinnamon bun), blueberry scones, cheese scones, and of course - bread!

Well, we were supposed to be at 100 Mile today, but poor weather conditions stopped us! Since we have all this baking done we would love to open up the bakery for pickup today! Stop by the farm anytime today until 8:00 PM - send us a message if you need directions - and grab fresh bread, savoury scones, croissant cinnamon buns, Christmas cake, and rye shortbread!
