I'm leading my last kids yoga camp next week at yogalife south, Monday, August 14- 18, 12:30- 3:30 All 6-12 year olds welcome! $185 for 1, $170 each when registering 2 or more or $35 drop in if you can't commit to the whole week!! Blue Mango has partnered with Yogalife studio to offer a teen camp for 12-17 year olds. July 24-28 from 1:00-4:00 pm at YogalifeStudio north location in Edmonton. The teen camp will focus on a specific character trait each day and how it sets up teens for success and resiliency. Participants will explore partner poses, acro yoga and create yoga sequence of their own. Be prepared to be creative, create a vision board, learn mindfulness techniques that help to de stress and f...ocus on the now. Ivivva WEM will be leading the participants through their Dreams and Goals session. Yogis will get a certificate of completion.
