Directive #2 from the Chief Medical Officer of Ontario and CASLPO has been lifted. Blue Mountain Audiology along with many of the other health care professionals will be slowly opening our doors to our patients. Our staff and patients' health and safety continue to be of primary concern. We are in the process of implementing the protocols put forward by the college to insure that everyone continues to remain healthy. The doors will be opening on Monday, June 15th. Guidelines for in clinic visits will be posted over the coming days. Thank you for your continued support and understanding.

It has been a few months now and as of yesterday, May 14th, our regulatory college and the ministry have still given no indication as to when the clinic will be allowed to be opened. Tammy and I are still available to help with minor services. One of us is at the clinic for 4-5 hours Monday to Thursday. If you are in need of service, please call or email us and we will let you know when would be a good time to come. We are looking forward to seeing all our wonderful patients once we are given the right to do so. In the meantime please keep safe and healthy.

A Directive issued by the Acting Chief Medical Officer of Health that applies to all healthcare professionals including all audiologists and speech language pathologists was issued late on March 19, 2020. The Directive requires audiologists and speech language pathologists to immediately cease, or reduce to minimal levels, the provision of non-essential and elective services. At Blue Mountain Audiology, our patients' and staffs' health is foremost in our thoughts. As such, we will be closed for the immediate future. We will be monitoring phone and email messages. Phone (519) 599-0995, email [email protected]. Please stay safe.
