A MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS: We are in unprecedented times and are taking the COVID-19 health situation seriously. We want to protect our staff, ourselves and our clients while still striving to meet our customers needs. We know that many of you are either calving or about to start calving and want you to know we are still available to support you. Please take note: We are restricting the travel of our nutritionists. There will be no on-farm consulting visits made. Contact t...he nutritionist by phone for a consult. Our office is closed to the public but you are still able to pickup product Call head for the order and we will have it prepared. Call when you arrive and the production staff will load you. Please do not get out of your vehicle or enter our facility. 403 227 2742 is the office number Invoices will be emailed out. Please make prompt payment via e transfer or mail a chq. On-farm delivery is still occurring. Our truck driver will be limiting contact as much as possible. There will be no exchange of paperwork. Invoices will be emailed out. Maintain a 6 ft distance between you and the driver. Utilize online banking e-transfer for payments. Chqs can be sent in the mail. Please note: We do not accept credit cards at this time. We ask that our clients give us at least 2 weeks notice for premix needed on-farm to allow for us to make logistics plans and keep up with production. At this time we are confident we will be able to accommodate all orders needed, we just need more notice to make this happen under these circumstances.
