3 yummy drink recipes for hot weather!! Rosemary Grapefruit Fizz * Fresh Grapefruit Juice... * Soda Water * 1 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup * 1.5 oz Gin (optional) Combine ingredients in a glass with ice, top with soda water, stir and garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig. *For rosemary simple syrup, heat 1 cup water with 1 cup white sugar and a sprig of rosemary. Stir until sugar dissolves. Let cool.* Spicy Pineapple Margarita * 3 Lime Wedges * 2 Slices of Jalapeño * 6 oz Pineapple Juice * 1 oz Tequila (optional) * 0.5 oz Triple Sec (optional) Use 1 lime wedge to wet rim of glass, dip in salt and chilli powder mixture. Muddle lime wedges, slice of jalapeño, tequila and triple sec in a shaker. Add pineapple juice and shake! Pour into your glass over ice. Garnish with jalapeño slice. *For a slushy margarita, use blended frozen pineapple instead of juice! Watermelon Mint Mojito * 3 Mint Leaves * 2 Lime Wedges * Watermelon Juice * 1 oz Simple Syrup * 1.5 oz Rum (Optional) Muddle mint leaves and lime wedges in the bottom of your glass. Add rum, watermelon juice and ice then stir. Garnish with a mint sprig. *If using fresh watermelon - blend, then strain through cheesecloth!
