Something I see alot when walking through an occupied property is the art is hung too high. Here are some things to remember when hanging art: When hanging art over furniture it should be no higher than 6-8 above the furniture. Hanging it too high makes it feel disconnected from the rest of the room. When choosing the size of the artwork for your space, a good rule of thumb is to pick something that is around 2/3 the width of the furniture. Art that is too small can make ...the room feel off balance. When hanging art on am empty wall, the center of your art should be about 60 from the floor. When hanging multiple pieces beside eachother, position the frame about 3-4 apart. So who is grabbing their measuring tape now to double check how high your art is hung !
