I frequently get asked what supplements I take. I start every morning with - Vitamin D (winter months) - Magnesium Citrate... - Fish Oils - Glucosamine - Multi Vitamin Protein - Weight gainer to build mass - Whey concentrate and isolate all day use Workouts - Sometimes I use a pre workout if I need the extra energy - BCAAs and carbohydrate mix during the workout - Carbohydrate and Protein post workout Others - Creatine when building size Try to get as much of your calorie intake from real foods and find what works for you!
