Second opinions can be worth while , The other dsy I was asked to check out a leaking hot water tank . I discovered the drain valve had a drip and a slight drip on the relief valve , I repaired the drain and installed a new relief valve . The customer was so happy I even got my first tip ever . After I was done He informed me that another company said the tank was rusted through and it needed to be replaced for 2300.00 well I saved him over 2000.00 and there is no leaks , I see this far to often in this trade .

Today was interesting to say the least. I was at 3 different homes and all of them had very bad plumbing one was a brand new home with a 3 inch drain for a shower , another had a wall hung basin that was held on by the trap i fixed alot of the problems back tomorrow pictures to follow.
