I am only focused on my nutrition program! 1 shake and 1-2 teas a day to keep me energized and performing to my best on a daily basis! To be honest, I am uncomfortable; babygirl is completely head down, therefore I have feet and legs all up in my ribs and diaphragm, and lots of pressure on my pelvic floor To date, I have gained a healthy 13 lbs! We are all belly! this is because I’ve stuck tight to my nutrition knowing my gym days would decrease! And I feel great about my PP journey! It’ll be a uphill battle recovering from c-section, but I have total confidence in my nutrition to help my body, muscles, and tissue formation bounce back! Wellness Warrior . Update on my #fitpregnancyjourney ! We are 25 weeks and 1 day today .... My main goal from the beginning of my 3rd pregnancy was to maintain and gain HEALTHY weight! . I started our August challenge at 150 lbs & to date I’m sitting at a healthy 153! . Baby and I have been showing up to every 6 am cardi, tabata and buti yoga session 5 days a week! Thanks to my girl Lindsey for always keeping our workouts fun, sweaty and Fresh! . I’ve had to modified some exercises; I’m trusting the process and allowing my body to tell me what I need to slow down on, modify and push through. So far, so good! . My energy levels are stable! I wake up, fuel my body with a Lift Off, getting the extra vitamin C and all my B’s to show up for the 6 AM’s! We nap almost every day and cruise through the rest of the day with my tea or hydrating drink and shake! . I have 1 shake a day and 2 lean healthy meals per day! Of course I get sweet tooth’s and cravings! I’ve been pretty great at taking care of those with healthy alternatives! But thank gootnissss for my Herbalife shakes! It’s yummy AF, loaded with essential vitamins, minerals and proteins..I don’t need to resort to candies or surgery foods! . Baby and I are in the home stretch! We have 15 weeks left until everything changes for our homes! The body and household will have an adjustment, but I’m embracing and excited for what’s to come still!!... the only thing I’m not looking forward to, is the recovery phase of c-section!
