Discipline really has so many negative connotations attached to it but honestly with the right positive loving energy behind the word discipline could really be your best friend. With discipline the struggle is real every single day. Just because we've mastered it in one area of our lives, it doesn't matter because it changes shape and shows us where wer'e lacking in another; there's always room to grow. Maybe waking up early isn't where you need to apply discipline ( for me ...it is, I've been trying to reach a 5:30am wake up time for a long time) but maybe you need to apply discipline for a healthier diet or to eliminate negative thinking or even just to working out 3 times a week. Commit to yourself. And remember it doesn't matter how you feel when you need to apply discipline the most, you really won't want to. All the excuses in the book will be there.
