Kicking off 2021 in style, I spoke with Samantha Leonard CEO and Co-Founder of Stream Dental HR. Samantha started her career as a Dental Assistant in Calgary where she was approached by Dr. Sam Daher to help him open his first Calgary location. Soon that single practice turned into multiple location and it became obvious that Human Resources was a growing headache with no clear solution. This sparked the need for Stream Dental HR. Six years later they are offering custom...ized HR support for dental practices across Canada an the US. Today Samantha and I wanted to first introduce Stream Dental HR to you, discuss their backstory and start to touch on the vast topic of HR that has been under served for many years in the Dental industry.
